SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IN THE USA  - Products are shipped from the U.S..  International buyers are exlcuded from this offer, your shipping total will be calculated at the time of checkout.   All orders are shipped by USPS. We also offer USPS Express Shipping for International orders.  If you use the Free Shipping option when ordering, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to arrive.  Backordered items may take up to 4 weeks or more to be processed, and shipped.  You will be notified if your order has been backordered, and when to expect your order by email.

We can ship to anywhere worldwide, and the international shipping fee will be added to the shipping charges to all orders shipped outside the United States.

Please note, most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, and shipped within 10-14 business days or less, when the item is in stock.  Tracking information will be provided via email when item shipped. Express Shipping is available only on items in stock.  Items that have to be ordered, Express Shipping will not be available.  Items will ship within 10-14 days when Express Shipping is chosen on items not immediately in stock. 

We are not responsible for International shipments once they are shipped.  You are solely responsible for any customs issues that may arise, regarding your shipped order.

In most cases, we will ship only to your confirmed credit card billing address.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please note carefully:

Import duties, taxes and charges are solely the buyer's responsibility and are NOT included in either the product price OR in S/H charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to buying. Indicating that this merchandise is a 'gift' is prohibited, and any customs declaration will reflect the price paid, exclusive of S/H.

RETURNS We offer a return policy for store credit or replacement due to delivery error, when you contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order.  No returns, refunds given for items returned with cut or, removed security tag.  Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns that are returned not in the same condition as shipped.  We will not accept used, or damaged returned merchandise.  We do not accept returns for exchanges, when the correct product has been shipped.  All products shipped out, are checked very carefully by our quality control team, to ensure there are no defects with the product.  If there is a defect that is mistakenly overlooked, we will replace the defect.  If you request that you want to return your order, correctly as ordered/processed, and/if we approve it, you will incur a 30% restocking fee charge.   ***For hygenic reasons, and issues, we will not accept returns on clothing items.   ***Pre-ordered, and special order products may not be returned, and are non-refundable.  Please make sure you want the product before ordering.   ***Special ordered products may take 30 days or more for delivery.   ****All sale items are final, and non-refundable.  NO RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS ON SALE.   The customer MUST contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package if there are any problems with the order. The delivery date is based on our carrier's tracking system.   If a refund is warranted, and approved by us, it will be issued within 30 days upon the returned item (s) received through customer's original payment method.   We will not refund shipping charges in any of the return reasons mentioned above. 30% restocking charge for Non-defect item (s) returned for exchange for an item immediately in stock.  ****This only applies to buyers that have received an incorrect product shipped, and/or request a different product in return from original order.   In case the customer requests an exchange for any of the above reasons, the replaced item (s) will be shipped upon the original item (s) received. Customer is responsible for all return postage.   CANCELLATION - Item cancelled with notice, may take up to 30 days to be refunded.  There will be a fee for cancellation of $5. A restocking fee charge of 30% on orders canceled after 24 hours.  We might cancel a non-shipped item (s) ,and fully refund it as long as the customer contact us within 24 hours after purchase for a $5 fee. If the order is already completed, processed/processing, shipped or, if the order were shipped in less then 24 hours after the request has been sent then the customer should wait to get the package and contact us for return procedures as mentioned above. We guarantee you will receive your order within the time specified or, you will be emailed should the product be delayed or is backordered.  Should we accidentally ship the wrong item, you may return that item. ALL returns must be authorized. You must notify us prior to returning any products!  Products returned without prior notification, will not be accepted.  In that event, additional fees will be required to facilitate re-return shipment, or forfeit product.  Refusal of shipped merchandise/orders that has been returned to us, automatically qualifies for forfeit of of product.  Buyer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt that the item differs from its description. Returns are accepted only if the item is not the product ordered, the return was authorized by us, and the item was shipped back within three days from authorization date. Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well, like we packed it. Item must be returned undamaged, security tag still attached, and in original condition. If a refund is warranted, it will be for the actual amount paid excluding shipping and insurance cost. We do not take responsibility for any personal, third party losses or claims.
